Below is what you complete in each session across this 20-week kettlebell training program. 100x swings (50 on each side) 10x get-ups (5 each arm) Webb29 maj 2024 · Another option is to do S&S 4 days a week and pair it with a minimilist cluster for zulu. This would work really well with a home gym set up, as you could easily do a couple sets of deadlifts, squats or benchpress after you do the S&S work. I can't see any issues with fighter and S&S paired also.
