WebAshishishe (c. 1856–1923), known as Curly (or Curley ), was a Crow scout in the United States Army during the Sioux Wars, best known for having been one of the few survivors on the United States side at the Battle of Little Bighorn. WebYellow Face was killed while fighting with Reno, and White Swan was badly wounded, but finally recovered and lived until 1905. Today Curley is the only surviver of the Custer Crow scouts and, according to his story, he is the last man who saw his commander alive.
